Objectives 2.1 Nasrin foundation has the following objectives: (a) To present the works of late architect, Mohamad Reza Nasrin (b) To promote the professional and social interest of our community (c) To facilitate interaction, cooperation and collaboration among all related organization. (d) To help and provide guidance to newly arrived architects. (e) To introduce and raise awareness in the society about Iranian architecture. (f) To provide several cultural events per year, at least 4 cultural events (g) To provide annual award to the best cultural activity 3. Membership 3.1 It is free admission. 4. General assembly 4.1 General assembly shall be the highest decision making authority of Nasrin Foundation. 4.2 General assembly is held at least once a year in the first week of May to elect the board of director and to approve the annual budget. 5. Board of Director 5.1 Board of Director shall be elected by vote 5.2 Board of Director shall consist of 3 main members as follow: 1) Chairman Page 2 of 2 2) Vice chair and secretary 3) Treasurer And 3 substitutes. 5.3 Board of Director meeting is held at least once a month. 5.4 A quorum shall be consist of 2 5.5 In the absence of one of the main directors a substitute could be replaced. 5.6 The main and substitute members of the Board of director are as follow: Mrs. Hourieh Mashayekh, Mrs. Farshideh Nasrin, Mr. Ahmad Ebrahimpour, Mr. Abdol Nouraeyan, Mr. Medi Nasrin and Mr. Mohsen Nasrin. 6. Committees: 6.1 In order to accomplish the objectives of Foundation the board of director appoint the following committees. (a) The finance& Legal committee (b) The Technology and cultural committee c) The social committee (d) The publication committee This constitution contains 6 items.
The History of CIAS CIAS is an independent, not for profit, non-political and non-religious organization. The main goals of CIAS consist as follow: To introduce and raise awareness of environment art, culture and heritage to the community at large in Ottawa To organize the public workshops to support heritage architecture art and environment To make a healthier environment We organized events and workshops in Environment heritage architecture, cinema, theatre, storytelling, …since 2002 The number of attendees in previous events has been between 50 &70 people. Membership is free, and everybody is welcome, the pattern of age was: 30% adult, 20% seniors, 40% young and 10% teen agers They are about 30% high educated 40% students and the education of the rest is about high school or under We are in touch with Local Radios, (Namashoom.ck cu broad casting) and newspapers in Ottawa and Toronto , we publish our own newsletter and update our web. The organization is a member of Choo/Cop,Heritage Ottawa,The Canadian society of Iranian Enginering and Architect Ottawa, Persian art and Culture society, Ottawa (PACSO). We could keep this organization active for 4 years by providing various workshop and events, to attract more people specially youth to our events (from %30 to %50 and more), to promote volunteer activities, by persuading them and providing the annual awards We gained a good fame in environmental studies art heritage and cultural activity, by working hard and organizing more attractive and more professional events and more professional workshops. CIAS plan to give an official certificate for the workshops at the end of each year in future. All directors and volunteers are highly educated in, Architecture, theatre, cinema, philosophy, urban planning, and heritage. Membership is free, and everybody is welcome CIAS activities are focused on advancement of education. This organization support Environment and heritage architecture as general and Ottawa Ontario environment and heritage architecture as specific.

2.1 NUC has the following objectives: (a) To promote the professional urban Planning related to environment in Ontario (b) To emphasize on team work and to provide facilitates, cooperation and Collaboration among related organizations. © To present a new vision about river as a land mark (d) To introduce and raise awareness about Iranian environment and urban planning (e) To provide several workshops in Environmental studies per year, (with a minimum of 4 programs, ) (f) To provide annual award to the best volunteer activity.
3.1 Membership is free
